ROLE
Join Unicorn Orange's two-year graduate programme and build a career at the intersection of AI, data, advertising and e-commerce.
You'll work with real clients, real advertising budgets and real business challenges from day one, supported by structured training and a recognised Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification.
Our graduates specialise in areas including Account Management, PPC Advertising, Programmatic Advertising (DSP) and Advanced Analytics (Amazon Marketing Cloud). All roles are highly analytical, with your specialism determined by your strengths, technical skills and performance during our recruitment assessments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Data Analysis: Analyse large datasets, identify trends and translate findings into actionable commercial recommendations.
Advertising: Develop, manage and optimise campaigns across Amazon and leading Retail Media platforms.
Advanced Analytics: Use data, AI and automation to improve advertising performance, reporting and measurement.
Client Management: Work directly with major consumer brands to develop strategies and accelerate growth.
Amazon Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of Amazon, e-commerce and the wider retail media landscape.
Problem Solving: Investigate business challenges, identify opportunities and develop evidence-based solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
You require the following skills, personal qualities and qualifications:
We're looking for ambitious, numerically confident graduates with strong analytical ability, intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
Degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or Data Science.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with confidence interpreting data and solving complex problems.
Ability to identify trends, challenge assumptions and communicate clear, logical recommendations.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Genuine interest in AI, technology, advertising and e-commerce.
SQL and Python skills are highly desirable and essential for our DSP and AMC specialist roles.
Previous marketing experience is not required. We recruit for potential, aptitude and attitude.
